"I had GEICO before and switched to this company because I was offered a much better rate. In the past 5 months, I have not paid that quoted price even once. They kept adding extra charges for home and renters insurance that I never clearly agreed to and couldn’t properly explain.

On top of that, they were unable to complete a simple state transfer for 3–4 months, which caused ongoing issues and frustration. I also still cannot get a single combined bill for me and my husband, despite asking multiple times.

Communication and customer service have been terrible. Most of my texts and emails are ignored, and when I do get a response, the attitude is dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I am very unhappy with this company."
